Product Description
FiberSIM is a suite of software tools integrated into popular CAD systems that reduces the cost and time required to design and manufacture composite parts. FiberSIM improves the entire composite engineering process by helping designers quickly create and transition accurate designs, drawings, and related data from preliminary design, through detailed design, and ultimately onto the manufacturing floor. FiberSIM products are tightly integrated into the customer's CAD/CAM/CAE environment. All interaction is with the familiar CAD user interface, using standard and custom menus. The products evaluate native CAD geometry and display results within the CAD system without translation or approximation.
All FiberSIM products are completely integrated into the CATIA V4 & CATIA V5, Pro/ENGINEER, and NX (formerly Unigraphics) CAD systems. The product line consists of the FiberSIM Composite Engineering Environment (CEE) in addition to a suite of optional products that enhances its capabilities for specialized needs.
