Product Name: OLEOPLAST Release Agents
Product Description
Multi-purpose product that is a substitute for silicone based products -
essential if subsequent painting or printing operations are required. It can be
used as a mould release (including compression moulding), as a lubricant
(including in a cleanroom), an antispatter release agent and for water proofing
and surface shining operations. It complies with food industry specifications.
BENEFITS
Clear, odourless product with high anti-adherence at interface.
Ideal for mould stripping where silicone baed products will hinder
future painting and printing operations.
Has a temperature range of -40 to +200°C, continuously.
Enables further coating operations such as painting, screen printing
or other decoration.
Can be used as a water repellent and as a polish.
Aerosol formulation uses environmentally friendly CO2 propellant and a
patented
filling system containing 97% active product - masts up to three times
longer.
Formulation graranteed free of CFC, 1,1,1 trichloroethane,
dichloromethane,
trichlorethylene, perchloroethylene and aromatic.
TYPICAL USES
FOUNDRIES AND PLASTICS :
As a general mould release agent where silicone based products would
make
subsequent surface decoration or coating very difficult.
For compression moulding.
CLEAN ROOMS, HOPITALS
Lubrication of delicate parts, ward material units, rails, tracks.
PACKAGING
Treatment of transfer conveyors.
Release agent for blister and skin packs.
CONSTRUCTION
Waterproofing of stone, concrete, concrete blocks and framework.
Aids assembly of rubber seals into frames.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRONICS
Coating porous insulating material on condensers.
Anti-welding tropicalisation.
PAPER AND PRINTING INDUSTRIES
Treatment of insulating paper, cutters, guillotines and dies.
WELDING
Dock Anit-spatter agent on metals where silicone based products would
make painting difficult.
AUTOMOTIVE
Enhance appearance of vinyl and hard surfaces, eg car dashboards.
Polishing and renewing agent for leather.
Lubrication of electric mechanisms.
