Product Name: DEXCEL REV 85 L Strippers
Product Description
DEXCEL REV 85 L has well-known performances on all kinds of paints and by
extension, on resins, varnishes, and inks. Its formula was developped in order
to be effective on coatings with ambiant temperature physical drying but also on
bi-component systems, thermosetting, or with polymerization under UV. Is
appropriate for glycerophtalics, cellulosics, acrylic resins, vinylics,
aminoplasts, polyesters, phenolics, mono and bi-component epoxy resins, mono and
bi-component polyurethans. Has a largely higher convering capacity than the
majority of traditional strippers, thanks to its wettability, its optimized
evaporation speed, and its easiness of application. Allows a reduction of the
quantities used, up to 30% lower than those of usual formulas. Guaranteed free
from methylene chloride classified R40. This stripper can be eliminated later
with water, under low pressure.
APPLICATIONS
Rinsing of circuits and heads of run of polyurethane foaming machine.
Rinsing of circuits and polyester resins and gel coats spray
diffusers.
Rinsing of thermoplastic resin extrusion dies.
Rinsing of inkpots in offset printing and flexography.
Steeping of brushes, bubble withdraw rollers, tools for polyesters
resins and gel coats application.
Steeping and splashing of stainless cylinders of coating,
photogravure, bar feeder rollers.
Elimination of labels on barrels, containers, by sprinkling.
Cleaning with a rag, a brush, of grounds stained by resins, adhesives,
paints, inks.
Cleaning with a rag or a brush, of presses and bitumen application
equipments.
Cleaning of textile serigraphy carpet by scraping.
Washing with treatment by turbine action of tanks and mixers of
resins, monomers and master-batches.
Cleaning by sprinkling and brushing of manufacturing tanks and mixers.
Removal of markings on elastomer electric cables.
DEXCEL REV 85 L is particularly recommended for:
Steeping of spray diffusers of finishes, paints, foams, adhesives and
resins.
Steeping of inkpots, accessories, application supports of polymerized
paints.
Destruction of moulding cores (resin+sand)
Stripping of paints by steeping.
