Product Description
INOX METAL is a protective coating for all metals, based on stainless steel
particles and high thermic and mechanic resistant polymers.
INOX METAL gives a smooth film, without leak droplets neither high thickness.
INOX METAL gives therefore a bright and homogeneous surface to raw aspect
pieces. Thanks to the polymer characteristics and its high concentration of
active components,
INOX METAL assure several functions :
- protection against chemical corrosion and oxidation inhibition before the
attack start
on coated piece surface.
- protection against scratches and mechanic aggressions, surface protection
for pieces
in screwed assemblages.
- protection against thermic corrosion at high temperature and contact
corrosion.
- aspect improvement on raw metallic surfaces : bright stainless steel
aspect.
- length treated support lifetime.
INOX METAL air dries at room temperature. The film is tack free within few
minutes and reaches its final resistance within 24 hours (at 25C).
INOX METAL can be used continuously from -50C to 550°C. To take full
advantage of INOX METAL protective and high adhesion properties, the treated
surfaces should be degreased and dried during the coating application. The
coating elimination is absolutely not necessary before the pieces weld.
Protected with INOX METAL: the INOX METAL film can be welded.
INOX METAL does not contain heavy metal neither lead.
