We fully support REALTORS and provide 24 hours turnaround service, including Inspection and comprehensive Special Engineering Report stamped with the Seal of a State Licensed Engineer. Scope of the Engineering Home Inspection 

Engineering assessment of damages and suggested mitigations.
The Inspection includes but not limited to: drainage, soil, structural framing, foundation & settlement, earthquake & retrofitting, all utilities i.e. plumbing, electrical, heating & ventilation etc.
Digital pictures coverage of all areas needing repairs are included on a floppy diskette with each inspection using JPG format.
Engineering visual inspection of all the systems.
Engineering cost estimate for the needed repairs.
Engineering Report including recommendations and conclusion.
All Reports are stamped with a professional engineering seal of our licensed civil, structural, geotechnical or mechanical engineer in the State of California.
All reports are delivered within 24 hours from inspection through e-mail, hard copy by mail and on a floppy diskette using Words 2000.
The cost for the engineering inspection varies between $300 and $600 depending on the scope of the needed field inspection, investigation, engineering estimate, verbal or written reporting, constructed area, and location.
