Product Name: B960 - Healthcare Leadership Course

Product Description

As a result of the transfer of the operation of the NTC by the Department of Health and Human Services, to the Department of Homeland Security/Federal Emergency Management Agency, we are instituting a change in the enrollment process for the Healthcare Leadership Course beginning in Federal fiscal year 2005. This change will further integrate hospital/public health planning and response into overall community emergency planning and response efforts.

Applicants may apply to attend the Healthcare Leadership Course (HCL) or other NTC courses by competing the standard Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) enrollment form number 75-5, and forwarding it to the appropriate state emergency management office, which will forward it through the respective FEMA regional office to the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) admissions office. The NETC now services both the EMI and the NTC, because NTC is now a part of EMI. The local emergency management officials in your community are familiar with this process and
can assist you. In fact, you are encouraged to advise the local emergency
management office in your jurisdiction that you plan to participate in
this course.

A FEMA form 75-5 (Application Form for Enrollment) is available for
download on this website to the left. The NETC provides the system of
record for all FEMA training and will be processing applications for
courses held at Noble as well.

Following is a listing of upcoming Healthcare Leadership Courses and
