One pneumatic cantilevered unwind shaft suitable for rolls up to 1400MM in diameter with 3" ID cores. One pneumatic cantilevered rewind shaft to accommodate logs up to 1400MM in diameter with 3" ID cores. Adjustable unwinding and rewinding tension. Wind up speed regulator: one DC motor for the unwind and two DC motors for the rewind. Automatic inflation and deflation of unwind and rewind shafts. Presetting meter with tension control. One large rubber covered roll designed for the unwinding of thick materials. One lower unwinder to accommodate the PSA material up to 500MM OD. Three upper unwinders: one to apply a double sided tape, and the second to recover the siliconized paper ,and the third to apply another PSA, foam, felt, and similar materials One motorized lamination belt and one final lamination calender: one roll is driven while the other can be heated. Drawing unit designed to keep tension on the material.
