Product Description
Seagrass Mat is sea-grass woven into a herringbone pattern. Each mat has a joint in the middle and a natural frayed edge that, if desired, can be hidden by one of our bamboo trims. Mesh size and color can vary from batch-to-batch, as this is a natural product.

Color varies in shades of beige, tan, and light green.
Materials are hand woven, so variations should be expected.
Seagrass Mat Specifications:
Sold in 4' x 8' sheets
Option of purchasing pre-fire retarded
Can be installed, then sprayed with fire retardant to meet either "Class A" or "Class B" specifications

Best used for interior applications, such as wall, window, door, and ceiling covering
Cupboard or cabinet fronts
Wrap around posts or columns

How do I attach this product to a wall?
Apply contact cement to the back of the product and adhere to the wall. Make sure you know exactly where it needs to go, as product will immediately adhere.
What is the best way to disguise a seam where two mats fit side by side?
Our selection of Bamboo Molding, Split and Finished Bamboo, or Decorative Ropes work perfectly for this.
Installation of Seagrass Mat:
Glue to surface with contact cement or flexible wall and floor adhesives. Can also be stapled directly to surface or furring strips.
This product can be treated with clear polyurethane or varnish for added sheen and durability.
