Abrasive Applications
As leaders in the flourocarbon lined valve market, Richter have extended their
range to include special multi-port sight glasses, some that include ball check
valves, also safety relief valves, overflow valves, pressure sustaining valves,
in line sampling valves, globe and ball control valves, strainers, diaphragm
valves and two types of tank outlet valve to name but a few. Special
modifications to the valves can be done to suit customer requirements, should
they need them for specific process applications.
Innovative Design
Modern process plant requires closer and finer control than ever before, as a
result there is a great demand for automated plant. RAM Universal and Richter
valves have brought together their expertise to produce highly accurate control
valve and automated valve packages. The Richter RS globe type control valve
offers a high degree of accuracy in line with that of regular globe control
valves, with a choice of actuation and positioners, tailored if desired to suit
your needs. If the globe type valve is not to your specification, Richter have
developed a fully lined V-port ball control valve, based around teh highly
successful KN full bore ball valve. This valve offers a similarly high degree of
control to that of the globe valve, but with a much reduced profile and weight
Both of the above products can be sized at RAM Universal to ensure that you get
the correct trim type.
Actuation Control
A new addition to the Richter valve range is the PA type inline sampling valve,
which has been developed to provide the user with a safe and simple method of
sampling corrosive liquids, including those with trace amounts of solids. The
cavity free design and tapered seating system virtually eliminates product
entrapment and ensures a clean sample is taken. Specially adaptable bottle
holders, cabinets and adjustable sampling rates are sone of the adaptable parts
to this excellent valve. Although the standard valve is PFA lined, Richter also
offer this valve in stainless steel.
