By putting into place precision mechanics and performant electronics our 3 cylinder biased belt guides are situated at the top of the range in terms of positioning precision.
This type of product naturally finds its principal application on coating machine lines and on cutting machines for better management of waste.
Around this design, the range of belt guides are separated into three principal applications.
- With bias cylinders (for fabrics and products that are tranversally malleable).
- With frames (for assemblies with parallelepipedal flow with paper and semi-rigid products).
- For displaced workstations (for transversally unstable products like fibreglass fabric, carbon and other fibres for composites).
