Technical Characteristics
:- Accumulation capacity 100 meters.
- Table 1600 mm.
- Dynamic tension measured by flow deviation.
- Programmable tension of 10 to 100 daN (in this application).
- De-linearisation on the trajectory of 5 meters of mobile frame < 5/10.
- Eccentricity of cylinders < 5/100.
- Dynamic balance better than +/- 10 gm.
- The rotation couple of the cylinder from halt < to 200gm.
- Cylinders in rectified chrome steel.
- Motorisation of the displacement of the frame piloted in 4 dials.
- Tension measured by a strain gauge.
Option
Associated with a trame reader this accumulator may be equipped with a motorised differential to insure the correct progression of the product.

Note:
The accumulators are generally associated with traction posts that assure the role of introduction and extraction for the accumulator.
Our traction post modules are conceived on the basis of an omega drive with 4 dial motorisation by asynchronous motor and variator in vectorial flux with coder.
