Product Description
Winding or unwinding of dyed beam rolls often poses problems of motorisation due to the absence of a fixed axis.
The "Machines Coopelin" locking bearing permits the resolution of this particularity by capturing the lower part of the beam roll between three points.
This bearing is constituted by two carter rollers and an internal roller.
The concept which is quite simple in appearance, is nevertheless very sophisticated because of the absolute security imperatives, the dimensional imperfections of beam rolls (eccentricity), the necessity to disengage the upper line level of the roll especially for winding where the presence of a cylinder press turns to be generally indispensable.
This bearing regroups all the qualities required and is of a very robust design.
