Product Description
This carriage was developed to give a real solution to unwinding and winding directly on beam rolls.
Effectively this equipment is capable of receiving dyed beam rolls of a diameter that varies from 400 mm to 600 mm without axis.
The locking of the beam roll on the carriage is made by the use of a special bearing (patented by Coopelin machines) which permits the acceptation of beam rolls that have large mechanical deformations.
The locking grip is made from the interior whilst the upper surface line of the roll is free to receive a cylinder press, enlarger or other accessory.
The equipment is extremely robust as it is designed to unwind wet beam rolls that come from boiling kiers and that may be unbalanced.
