Digi's Development Kits are designed to provide immediate and complete access to the resources and peripherals of an embedded core module. Each kit includes everything you need to complete your development, including hardware and software tools. 

The ConnectCore 9M Development Kit promotes rapid development for mobile or low-power applications, and include a variety of peripherals. A 400 MHz ARM920T core in a Samsung processor provides ample processing power for embedded products.

An integrated LCD controller and touch screen is included on the microprocessor, and the Development Kit includes a TFT LCD with device driver support, making the module ideal for high-performance embedded applications that include a graphical display.

The ConnectCore 9M Development Kit for Windows CE includes:
BSP for integration in Microsoft Platform Builder*

Full schematics and bill of materials for development board 
Power supply and connecting cables 
5.7" QVGA LCD for graphics application development 
JTAG Flash programming tool (JTAG booster)

The Development Kit for Linux includes all of the same hardware and a complete embedded Linux distribution (LxNETES) based on the Linux 2.6 kernel. A complete list of software components can be found in the LxNETES feature spec.

Linux® Development Software 

Linux Development Kit includes complete Embedded Linux distribution based on the 2.6 kernel and complete GNU development tools. No additional hardware or software required. 

gcc compiler and gdb debugger included. Debugging provided via gdbserver. 

In addition to the Linux kernel, the following modules are supported: 
• NAND Flash driver support
• uClibc
• Busybox

File system support: 
• CRAMFS
• JFFS2 
• NFS

Microsoft® Windows® CE Development Software 

Microsoft Windows CE Development Kit includes complete Board Support Package (BSP) for module and development board. 

BSP is NOT distributed as a binary; complete sources included; components can be deployed as libraries. 

You can selectively remove unnecessary components from the BSP using Microsoft Platform Builder to reduce Windows CE kernel size. 

Microsoft Platform Builder and Visual Studio not included in Development Kit. They are available from Microsoft.
