Product Description

The XBee XTender combines the strengths of the XBee-PRO and XTend product lines to provide a long-range backhaul (up to 40 miles line-of-sight with a high-gain antenna) for low-power XBee networks. The XBee XTender effectively converts data between 2.4 GHz ZigBee/802.15.4 and 900 MHz unlicensed operating frequencies.

It is simple to configure the XBee XTender to communicate with existing XBee or XTend networks. Advanced configurations can be made by connecting to a PC via the on-board USB port.
