Product Description
This “high performance/low cost” transmitter and receiver meets all the specifications for DVB ASI equipment and has an external transmit clock input. New features offer improved performance for real time processing of the MPEG-2 Transport Stream on the host computer. For example, advanced receiver TS processing capabilities interrupts on in/out of synch while enhanced transmit capabilities include transmit rate “fine tuning” control for a precise ouput bitrate.
Other features include unlimited PID filtering, synchronization of incoming TS packets, auto size detection and RS code stripping. Integration of the Transmitter and receiver on single ˝ size card provides a one-slot solution. Optional features such as a mechanical bypass relay and a high stability oscillator (2.5 ppm) are also available.
