A well- established tool for low temperature work The TTK 450 is designed for X-ray diffraction studies in the temperature range from -193 °C to 450 °C under vacuum, air or inert gas. 

Wide application range The TTK 450 fits to all common diffractometers and is the instrument of choice for X-ray structure analysis at low temperatures e.g. for the characterization of pharmaceutical samples or plastics.
