New innovations carried out at Habonim include specialised valve manufacture including their V-port control ball valve. Here particular attention has been applied to teh ball and downstream seat, each compnent is match paired and lapped together to give an excellent bubble tight shut off on metal to metal contact. High accuracy continues throughout the ball and stem connection to the actuator and drive coupling to minimise 'lost motion' between each component when bolted to the correct equipment, this gives rise to the making of a very accurate control valve. Specialised downstream profiles can be manufactured into the seat in order to tailor each valve to suit specific process requirements.
