Photon Sources XM 1000

Product Name: Photon Sources XM 1000

Product Description

• High Sensitivity
• High Resolution
• Low Background
• No Satellites
• Reduced Sample Damage

The XM 1000 monochromated X-ray source features a photon linewidth of below 250 meV. The reflector with a 500 mm Rowland circle diameter consists of 4 quartz crystals mounted on a 3-axis manipulator in a vacuum housing with ports for optional pumping and for a BIS detector. Optionally a moveable aluminised polymer window with shutter mechanism and rotary drive is available. The thermally compensated design eliminates the need for temperature stabilisation, and dismantling of the monochromator crystal for bake-out (up to 150 °C).
