Photon Sources DAR 400

Product Name: Photon Sources DAR 400

Product Description

The advanced design of the DAR 400 twin-anode X-ray source provides stable and reliable performance in XPS/ESCA applications. The DAR 400 is operated using an advanced microprocessor-controlled power supply capable of delivering up to 400 W highly stabilised X-ray power. The anode high voltage is continuously adjustable up to 15 kV. Automatic soft-start and degasing procedures make the DAR 400 particularly easy to use. Attractive features of this new X-ray source include the possibility of remote switching between anodes, and Autostart and Shutdown via a TTL signal. The DAR 400 is equipped with a quick connection system.
