The RHEED system consists of a screen on a lead glass with viewport (6“ OD), an electron source (energy range from 500 eV-30 keV, beam current up to 80 µA, beam size approx. 60 µm), a 30 kV power supply with beam blanking and remote control for focusing and positioning of the electron beam.
