Product Description
DRS routinely delivers the most innovative, cost-effective electronic manufacturing services to original equipment producers requiring prototype production through turnkey manufacturing. Our capabilities include system integration, electromechanical assembly, printed circuit board assembly, fiber optic cable assembly, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) testing, along with wire harness and cable assembly. In addition to assembly, DRS provides total production support, beginning with front-end product engineering through depot support and logistics programs.
Electronic Manufacturing Services
As a result of our growth, we recently expanded our facilities to 129,000 square foot. Founded on our commitment to continuously invest in personnel and equipment, we are well positioned as a leader in electronic system design and integration.

As a complete production partner, we provide the range of services to bring a product from prototype through production and ultimately to your customers. Our proven track record in point-to-point wiring, electromechanical assembly, cabling, final systems build, integration and testing, permit us to readily respond to the most demanding requirements, related to varying product categories.
DRS Laurel Technologies' Quality Management System is certified to
AS-9100 and ISO-9001 by TÜV ESSEN as well as Boeing D1-9000 Certification. Workmanship is governed by IPC standards such as IPC-A-610 along with many military and aerospace standards. The manufacturing processes also are governed by military and commercial standards, such as IPC/EIA J-STD-001.
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS)
DRS Laurel Technologies' ESS facility is equipped with a variety of temperature chambers, including the Russell's F-32 "AGREE" walk-in chamber. Temperature variations of -55°C to +100°C can be achieved at a rate of 5°C per minute. Shock and vibration equipment features UnHoltz Dickie 3 axis shakers with frequency ranges from 20 to 2000 Hz.
