Electron Spectrometers EA 125 HR

Product Name: Electron Spectrometers EA 125 HR

Product Description

• Energy resolution < 5 meV
• High transmission zoom lens
• Selected area measurements
• Variable angular acceptance
• Large working distance

The EA 125 HR is a dedicated high performance hemispherical electron spectrometer combining ultimate resolution and maximum count rate. Energy resolutions down to < 5 meV in UPS and EELS have been achieved in laboratory and synchrotron environments; extremely high transmission is demonstrated by count rates of > 500 kcps on Ag 3d at DE = 0.82 eV fwhm in XPS (300 W MgKα).
