The Alcatel-Lucent 5570 Auxiliary Service Platform (ASP) enables customers to quickly and easily upgrade software releases of Alcatel-Lucent products running in their multiservice networks. In addition, the 5570 ASP has powerful auditing tools to take pre- and post-upgrade snapshots, which help to ensure that networks continue to run smoothly and are left intact after an upgrade. Built-in verification and upgrade tools are designed to save customers time and money while ensuring fault-free upgrades.
Graphical user interface (GUI)-based tools, a key component of the 5570 ASP, simplify upgrade script development, enabling Alcatel-Lucent's service provider customers to customize upgrades in their own networks that will meet their end customers' requirements. Release 1.1 of the 5570 ASP adds a more versatile Phase Manager application, a user profiling system, new tools and security measures.

The Alcatel 5570 Auxiliary Service Platform (ASP) enables
