The Stinger® Compact Remote DSL Access Concentrator is a compact, environmentally hardened solution that provides a cost-effective way to extend DSL reach. Offering multiple configurations for standalone and hosted platforms with flexible mounting options, the Stinger® Compact Remote can meet diverse network requirements—and deliver advanced broadband services to remote outdoor areas or smaller indoor facilities. The hosted platform increases the reach and capacity of any Stinger® FS+, LS+, LS, MS+ or RT device with IP based installations at the remote node or options for ATM based systems. The standalone platform works without a host and uses the Stinger® IP2100/IP2000 control module for Gigabit Ethernet trunking, IP transport and multicasting capabilities.
