The in-house Laser Cutting department at Novus Sealing produces a wide variety of laser cut products, including signs, shims, metallic gaskets, pattern parts and other precision cut products. The success of this service has led to the installation of a second state of the art Laser Cutting machine, to cope with the rising demand and ensure a rapid turnaround of ordered parts.
This service is available 24 hours, seven days a week and parts can be produced from a variety of materials including Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Incoloy, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Nickel, Aluminium, Wood, Plastics, Brass, Honeycomb, Copper and Armour Plate in thicknesses up to 15 mm ( Carbon Steel).
Laser Products offer a number of advantages over other cutting techniques including:
• Superior edge finish with no deburring
• Consistent and intricate and accurate shapes
