With the integration of the Unitrode military and space product line, our MIL-PRF-38535 Class V (QML) offering now includes voltage regulators, switching power supply controllers, voltage supervisors, virtual ground generators, intelligent power devices and power DMOS arrays.
Mixed Signal Products
TI HiRel offers a strong QML Class V mixed-signal and analog portfolio. Complexity ranges from a low voltage single Op Amp to a high speed, high-resolution analog to digital (ADC) converter. Products are manufactured on high reliability QML Class V certified manufacturing lines. The process/screening levels available include DoD and DSCC endorsed Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) and MIL-PRF-38535.
