Product Description
A Syncrolift is a large lifting system, which raises and lowers vessels ranging from yachts to Panamax tankers, in and out of the water for dry-docking ashore. A Syncrolift, with a transfer system gives owners the ability to build or maintain vessels more cost-efficiently by comparison with other docking systems.

Articulated platform
The system comprises:
Two rows of Syncrolift hoists running the length of the piers
Wire rope
Wood-decked steel platform
Docking cradles for transfers. Vessels can also be docked directly on the platform
Syncrolift ATLAS control system
To dock a vessel, a docking cradle and lock arrangement are prepared – specific to each vessel to be docked. The platform and cradle are lowered into the water, and the vessel moved into place over the platform.
When in position, the Syncrolift Dockmaster raises the platform to remove the vessel from the water. Once removed from the water, work on the vessel can be done in situ, or transferred ashore to a shore berth – leaving the Syncrolift available to dock other vessels. On completion, the process is reversed to return the vessel to the water.
