Product Description

Gold coated standard ChemiTip™ for tapping mode with a choice of surface
chemistries (5 tips per box).
These probes are made by coating AFM tips with Cr/Au followed by formation of
a self-assembling monolayer of an alkanethiolate with the desired chemical or
biological species below:


  • COOH chemistry
  • Methyl chemistry
  • Hydrazide chemistry
  • Succinimide chemistry
