Gold coated particle ChemiTip™ for contact mode with modified surfaces and
various spring constant available (5 tips per box).
These probes offer a custom mounted borosilicate sphere, with the entire tip
gold coated and a self-assembling monolayer of alkanethiolates applied. We offer
four basic alkanethiolate fuctional groups. Additionally, we offer four
different spring constants
