Product Description
Micron's burst A/D MUX PSRAM leverages all of the key performance advantages
of CellularRAM™ memory, but with a 30 percent reduction in controller pin
count—which simplifies controller designs, lowers system design costs, and
shortens design cycle times. Burst A/D MUX products are the perfect memory
solution for handsets targeted at emerging markets and other battery-powered
applications where low power consumption is an important consideration.
Available only as bare die,
they make excellent companion devices for NOR Flash and are ideal for multichip
packages (MCPs).
Burst A/D MUX PSRAM Flyer

address and data lines multiplexed together. It is ideal for MP3 players, PDAs,
