CellularRAM memory has been accepted as the defacto industry-standard PSRAM.
The CellularRAM Workgroup has been established to provide multiple sources and
an industry standard for PSRAM. Micron is a development partner in the
Workgroup, which is actively engaging with JEDEC to standardize the CellularRAM-compliant
PSRAM specifications and continuing to develop next-generation PSRAM solutions.
