Product Description
MiniDIMMs offer all the performance features available with other DDR2
modules, but measure only 82mm in length—shorter than standard RDIMMs by 51mm.
An ideal solution for high-density applications, registered MiniDIMMs require
less space and smaller sockets. Unbuffered MiniDIMMs provide error detection and
correction (ECC) and phase-lock loop (PLL) features to maintain high
reliability.
MiniDIMMs provide quality, density, and a reduced footprint to applications
that have space constraints but need to perform as though they have no limits.
Networking Applications
The unique requirements of communications and networking applications—low
latency, rigorous footprint and thermal specifications, and pristine signal
