Product Description
The PI-Basic module is a fast microcontroller based device,
running a version of the popular BASIC programming language. Designed to
help engineers rapidly deploy small switching and control systems without
using specialised test equipment or programming environments.
The PI-BASIC module is equipped with a host of features:
- Fast Integer BASIC interpreter for simple programming
- 16 Versatile general purpose input / output pins with PWM
functionality
- 8 Bit bus for interfacing or use with Hitachi compatible LCD
displays
- 10 Bit bus for interfacing
- 8 Port Analog to Digital converter with 8 bit resolution
- 2 Port Digital to Analog Converter with 12 bit resolution
- 128K Random Access Memory
- 128K Flash for program storage (96K useable for programs)
- Simple serial interface for programming / debugging
- FLASH upgradeable
- Standard 0.1" pin pitch for mounting on prototype or veroboard
