Product Description
This family of 6-1/2 digit DMMs plug into any PXI or CompactPCI Chassis.
This basic version has all the functionality and performance expected of a
high quality bench top DMM,and a lot more. The more advanced versions add
frequency, timing, capacitance, Peak-to-Peak AC and temperature
measurements as well as event counting, external triggering and
programmable level trigger. They can also measure Inductance, and
force/guard 6-wire Ohms, for measuring resistance networks and resistors
in circuit. Leakage is measured with a built in programmable voltage.
