Cell Kinetics Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Medis Technologies which commenced operations during 2006 to focus on the commercialization of the CellScan system. Along with its programs described below, Cell Kinetics is currently moving rapidly to obtain CE Mark and ISO certifications for the CellScan system. Additionally, it continues to progress towards FDA 510K certification. At the same time, we are seeking to separate Cell Kinetics from Medis in ways that will benefit Medis shareholders.The CellScan is a unique cell based diagnostic platform, designed for medical and biological applications, where precise and repeated monitoring of live cells is required. It allows continuous (more than 24 hours) monitoring of cellular events in up to 10,000 individual adherent as well as non-adherent cells. The core element of the system is a patented Cell Carrier that enables repeated manipulation and monitoring of up to 10,000 individually registered cells. The evaluation of cell status is performed by measuring the fluorescence intensity and polarization emanating from individual cells located at specific “addresses” on the Cell-Carrier.
The leading feature of the CellScan is its ability to rapidly and repeatedly identify changes occurring at the single cell level. This inherent property of the system allows for faster and more accurate cell-based diagnosis.

· Potential for individual cell manipulation
· Detection and monitoring of rare events as well as rare cells
· Measurement of fluorescence polarization
· Cell Carrier removal and re-insertion which enables addition of a reagent, its substitution, and washing (for example for the purpose of adding a drug or reducing background signals)
