Aircontrol Technologies designs and manufactures filters for use in fluid systems where contamination control is critical. Using metallic and non-metallic filtration media, the company designs filters to suit customer' specific requirements ranging from precision miniature filters and ;last chance filters to large basket strainers . With its skilled personnel, specialised manufacturing capability and wide range of test facilities, Aircontrol Technologies offers the capability to design, test and manufacture filters for any application.

A wide range of filtration media ranging from woven, diffusion bonded wire meshes in Stainless Steel, Phosphor Bronze and other materials to non metallic media such as glass fibre and cellulose fibre can be used. With filtration ratings from 1um absolute, the ideal filter media for any application is available.

Special treatments can be applied to the filter media to prevent icing. Many forms can be produced including pleated packs, cylindrical, flat or domed forms. Using micro-plasma, TIG and resistance welding processes, or state of the art adhesives filters of any construction are possible.
