Founded in Hamburg-Barsbüttel in 1993, Inkutec specializes in acrylics, thermoplastics and thermo-sets for the development and manufacture of aircraft interior parts. We work closely with our clients from initial design through to production to ensure the ideal aircraft interior parts and components are created.
Our successful daily effort to cope with a wide variety of problems makes us competitive and has given us the reputation of being manufacturers of superior quality.
TECHNICAL AIRCRAFT AND HELICOPTER INTERIOR PARTS
The technical aircraft interior parts produced by us are subject to PART21.G. Either our customers provide us with bills of material, production plans and drawings, or we develop the parts together with our customers: either way, quality comes first.
Our especially trained personnel and certifying staff, as well as the quality manager and the accountable manager all have to fulfill the rules of PART21.G.
Our quality management determines all activities necessary for the quality control and the respective responsibilities.
Our quality control system meets the requirements of the Bundesverband der Deutschen Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie (BDLI), QSF-B corresponding EN 9100/AS 9100 (without design direction, paragraph 4.4) and the requirements of AECMA EASE (European Aerospace Supplier Evaluation) and, of course the requirements of the Luftfahrtbundesamt (LBA).
Our quality management is our main obligation and a daily task of all our employees. Our special effort is to support our customers with our knowledge and know how.
TECHNICAL AIRCRAFT INTERIOR PARTS - FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION
Whether we manufacture standard aircraft interior parts or conceive, develop and realize innovative products, our modern CAD workplaces and our own tool construction enable us to move from prototype via pilot series to serial production within a minimum of time and despite any problems that may crop up on the way.
Our computerized production processes guarantee perfect reproducibility at all stages and consistent, permanently controlled quality.
DEVELOPMENT TO SERIAL PRODUCTION OF CUSTOM AIRCRAFT INTERIOR PARTS AND COMPONENTS
Close and extensive cooperation with our customers from development to serial production stage is the most important aspect. Along with our range of aircraft interior parts, we provide commercial and technical advice, e.g. on the type of material and mold as well as on the latest technologies, ensuring the perfect interior part, first time, every time.
Owing to a perfectly functioning internal organization, we are able to fulfill the wishes of our extensive clientele. All our departments, whether sales, technical management, project management or quality management, work closely together from beginning to end.
