As a pioneer, IPAD created a breakthrough by combining EMI / EMC filtering, ESD protection and multiple other functions in a single tiny chip scale package. Today, mobile phone, computer and consumer markets continue to move towards higher integration and the delivery of more value-added solutions and that's why IPAD technology becomes increasingly important. By combining different types of passive and active element on a monolithic silicon substrate, IPAD products integrate the various functions required by wireless and consumer applications, such as ESD protection diodes, EMI low pass filters, line terminations, pull-up or pull-down resistors, signal switches and RF components.
