The DoMiNo® 8633 (DMN-8633) is part of the third generation family of DVD recorder system processors based on the DoMiNo architecture. Addressing the worldwide transition from analog to digital, and specifically the FCC mandate to accept ATSC signals in the U.S. by March 1, 2007, the DMN-8633 allows consumer electronics manufacturers to design advanced, cost-effective ATSC-capable DVD recorders.
