Group seeks out and develops new control and sensing systems for future
applications in the automotive and industrial marketplace.
Job Description
This position is responsible for customer satisfaction, internal defects, scrap
performance, and financial performance. Administers all ISO 9000 and ISO 14001
elements and APQP functions, which fall under the Quality function. Duties
include: defect analysis; coordination of the 8-D problem solving for products
manufactured; development of PFMEA, C-plans, P-flows, test plans, and
deviations; and management of the Statistical Process Control system.
Ideal candidate will possess a bachelor?s degree and/or 3+ years of related work
experience. Familiarity with injection molding and assembly processes related to
electronic component production preferred. Electrical knowledge in a high-volume
production environment is necessary. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
certification preferred. Six Sigma experience preferred.
