Description
This position is associated with Injection Delivery Systems within the Medical Surgical unit. This role provides uses expert skills to identify, break down and solve complex problems and provide technical direction to others. Plan and lead cross-functional product or technology development projects. Implement effective and timely transition of technology from research to development to manufacturing. Maintain an overview of relevant technologies and products. Advise management of technology trends and risks. Develop and manage project budgets. Ensure projects are resourced appropriately. Participate in selection and development of best technical talent. Participate in assessment of associates technical skills. Ensure compliance with BD quality policies, procedures and practices through appropriate communication, training and education of sound quality assurance principles. Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
