SENIOR LEVEL ENGINEER is needed to manage the selection, installation, performance monitoring and maintenance of refractory ceramic linings for large cement processing kilns. This is a leadership position with corporate-wide responsibilities. This position is based in Eastern Pennsylvania and frequent travel to sites across the US and to some international sites can be expected.

A BS degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required.  Preferred majors are Ceramic, Materials and Chemical Engineering.

Requirements:

At least 10 years experience with refractory ceramic linings is required and some of this experience must have been in the cement industry.  This is a hands-on position requiring good teamwork and communication skills with people at all organizational levels.  Project Management skills are critical.
