Advanced degree in Polymer Science & Engineering, Material Science,
Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with demonstrated technical and
leadership abilities in material science, color physics, colorants, and
coloring of plastic materials. Strong knowledge of color theory and
measurement are desired. Broad knowledge of polymer blend systems as
well as in-depth knowledge of compounding, injection molding and
coextrusion processes are highly desirable. Certified Green Belt or
higher with strong knowledge of Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma
required for internal candidates. Prior experience in working with
multiple, complex projects involving customers, commercial,
manufacturing, and sourcing team members required.
