Prospect is a Trade Union representing over 100,000 professional, managerial and

many in our main headquarters in London, but also in our offices in the English
Regions, in Wales and in Scotland.
We are looking for an IS Administrator to join the team in our London office.
This role will provide support directly for the London office and certain
regional offices.
The post is ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of IS
issues from network and helpdesk queries, to telephones and procurement.
You will need to possess:
- Novell Netware server and network administration skills
- Experience providing helpdesk support for both hardware and software
- Ability in both setting up and procuring hardware and software
- An understanding of telephone systems
- Good communication skills, including a confident telephone manner
- Flexibility and an ability to use own initiative
