A RF design engineer responsible for the development of commercial PAM/FEM and
other related TX products for handset applications. This position involves
various aspects of prototype PAM/FEM development including circuit/EM
simulations, IC/PCB design & layouts, prototype testing & optimization, bench
characterization and support of transition from prototype design to full
volume production. Projects are expected to be completed on schedule while
meeting all critical design goals. Candidate is expected to implement
innovative idea to better current product design and/or resolve complex
technical problems.
Requirements
This Position requires a PH.D or MSEE with 3 years experience or BSEE with
seven years of experience in RF/microwave/analog mixed signal circuit design
at the transistor level. Hands on lab experience is required. Related
experience and knowledge in PA design and/or CDMA/WCDMA/GSM transmit product
development in wireless systems is highly desired. This individual should be
familiar with standard circuit/EM simulation tools such as Agilent ADS,
Momentum, HFSS and IC/PCB layout tools such as cadence Virtuoso, Allegro. In
addition, candidate must be team-oriented as well as ready to lead a project
as a mentor.
