We are seeking an outstanding Software Developer to join our team in support of our U.S. Navy's efforts at Crane Navy Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), located in Crane, Indiana.

As this Software Development professional, you will have the opportunity for real-time coding of software solutions for the Navy’s state of the art Weapons Systems. Your primary challenge will be to build Load Packages to be used by field personnel for loading applications from laptop to Weapon Systems. You will have the opportunity to be involved with some of the most cutting edge electro-optical weapon systems the Navy uses in its aviation community.

To be successful in this role, we anticipate the ideal candidate would bring significant software development experience, which would include coding in “C” language. Additional experience with Weapon Systems related software and/or electro-optical systems would be ideal.

Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent

At least five years of related development experience
Applicants selected may be subject to a background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Additionally, skills or experience in the following would be ideal:
Experience with the development or maintenance of Real-Time software used in Weapons systems
Experience creating load packages for loading mission control software from Laptops to weapons systems
Experience pertaining to electro-optical systems
