Applies advanced technical principles to prepare and implement manufacturing plans. Develops innovative technical solutions to complex problems. Works with production floor, suppliers, and Integrated Product Team Leads to implement the manufacturing plan. Works with suppliers to help them conform to program design requirements.
Supports development of long-range strategy for Advanced Manufacturing; defines short-term goals and objectives in support of the strategy; works with Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain functions to implement the strategy.

Basic Qualifications:
By June 2007, (a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of engineering
experience) OR (a Master's degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Business
Administration, and 4+ years of engineering experience). Coursework in, and/or
industry experience with, all of the following:
- New Product Introduction
- Lean Manufacturing
- Electro-Mechanical Production
- Change Management
- Organizational Behavior
- Persuasive Oral and Written Presentations
- Budget Management
