Applications Engineer Assembly & Test Worldwide, Inc. (ATW), a manufacturer
of automation systems located in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an Applications Engineer.
The Application Engineer will analyze customer requirements including risk
factors; elevate critical issues to management; develop competitive system and
station concepts; document pertinent application engineering calculations and
data; obtain necessary vendor support and quotations; develop price estimates;
write proposal documents; meet quotation deadline requirements; support sales
presentations and lead new order project launches, including new project
quotation line up meetings. A Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering desired,
or equivalent experience and five (5) years of project experience in automatic
assembly or related factory automation systems, welding, gauging, machining,
material handling, packaging and testing. ATW is an Equal opportunity employer.
