Oversees large, complex delivery and assists the program manager in working
with the CO, and the COTR, government management personnel and customer agency
representatives. Under the guidance of the Project Manager, responsible for
the overall management of the specific delivery orders and insuring that the
technical solutions and schedules in the delivery order are implemented in a
timely manner. Performs enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and
interfaces to other functional systems.
Required
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a BS Degree in Computer Science or
other appropriate BS Degree and have a minimum of 10 years experience of which
a minimum of two (2) years experience is in developing enterprise applications
systems in Microsoft ASP.NET using either VB.NET or C#.NET; a minimum of one
(1) year experience in developing application systems using Domino web and
database features and a minimum of one (1) year experience in the Integration
of New Application Development with existing Deployed Production Applications.
Must have experience in the management and control of funds and resources, and
demonstrated ability in managing multi-Contracts and sub-Contracts.
